We ship across India. Every murti is packed by hand in protective layers before it leaves our workshop in Indore.
Order processing
Processing time: 1 working day. Most orders leave our workshop within 24 hours of being placed and verified. We do not dispatch on Sundays and national holidays.
Delivery time
Your order will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery pincode. Remote and hill pincodes can take a little longer.
Cash on Delivery
COD orders are verified before they are shipped. If there is any doubt about the address or phone number on the order, we will call you to confirm it. Only orders with a verified phone number and a verified address are dispatched.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added after an order is placed.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier, we send you a tracking number by email and SMS. You can follow the parcel on the courier's website from that point. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 working days of ordering, write to us.
Couriers
We ship through major national courier networks. The courier is chosen by the delivery pincode, so that your parcel takes the fastest available route.
Delivery address
Please check the address and phone number carefully before placing the order. We are not able to change a delivery address once the parcel has been handed to the courier. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it, the reshipping cost will have to be borne by you.
Failed or delayed delivery
Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery timelines are in their hands. Strikes, weather, local restrictions and festival-season load can add a day or two. We will track and follow up on your behalf with the courier for as long as it takes.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it without filming. Please read our Refund and Return Policy — a raw, uncut, unedited unboxing video is required for every damage claim.
International orders
For deliveries outside India, please write to us before placing the order so that we can confirm the shipping cost and the timeline for your country. Any customs duty or import tax levied by the destination country is payable by you.
